The model we have developed determines a credit rating for the financial strength of the companies by giving certain weights to the bankruptcy models and basic ratios. The credit rating is updated in each financial statement period and gives the report card of the firm’s financial outlook. The said scorecard measures the efficiency of the capital for the main shareholders and creates the investment and credit rating for the banks and investors.
