Investment feasibility includes all opportunities and risks of the investment project and the financial evaluation to support companies or individuals in their investment decisions in case they want to ensure the sustainability of their existing investments, increase capacity or invest in new areas.
Within the scope of investment feasibility, the following services will be presented as an investment feasibility report at the end of the examination;
- Description and scope of the investment
- Examination of the sector where the investment will take place
- How much fund is required to realize the investment and its allocation over the years
- How the required fund amount should be financed in order to achieve optimum return,
- Income to be obtained from the investment by years and the expenses to be incurred
- Working Capital Need
- Free Cash Flow to Equity and Free Cash Flow to Firm of the investment
- Pay-Back period of the investment,
- Nominal and reel return of the investment, Equity IRR & Firm IRR
- Determining the financial risks that the investment is exposed to and suggesting solutions
